Here at LifeSwitch, we believe that Groups are where belonging begins…

Many have lost, or never had, a true sense of belonging.  For all our great advances in technology, modern people are more distracted than ever before. Despite constant, always-on connectivity, we’re lonelier than any other human group in history.   And it’s not just those who are not yet part of the LifeSwitch community; the search for true belonging exists right here, within all of us.
 
We really want you to find friendship, connection, growth, accountability and a whole lot of other important things by being part of a Group at LifeSwitch. It is probably one of the most vital things you can do for your own mental health.

Our next Groups semester starts in the week beginning 10 February and is 12 weeks long.  Please check out the different options below and sign up for the Group of your choosing. Don’t delay with this decision as there are only 3 short weeks where the registrations are open.  We’ll then be in touch with further details.
