Book Club Group

Tuesdays 7-8.30PM  |  Trentham  |  Led by Ness Waight

Each semester we will discuss a new book.  The books we explore focus on connection through conversation.  In this group we will explore the book together, discuss our thoughts, and share ideas. The reading will be meaningful and easily manageable - 1 to 2 chapters a week max.

This Semester: Exploring Ruth & Esther
This semester we’ll be walking through the books of Ruth and Esther — two powerful Old Testament narratives with rich spiritual insights and beautiful examples of God’s faithfulness. Ruth tells the story of loyalty, providence, and redemption set during the time of the judges, showing how God’s kindness meets human need and points forward to His ultimate redemption through Christ. Esther brings us into the Persian court, where courage, providence, and God’s unseen hand protect His people and bring about deliverance. Together we will read, reflect, and discuss how these stories connect to the gospel and to our lives today.

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re new to Bible study or long familiar with these books — as we uncover timeless truths together.

Come join us, as we connect and create community through conversation.
