An Incredibly Empowering Environment
At LifeSwitch our heart is for the Next Generation. This isn’t a token statement we make, but a conviction that runs through how we budget, prioritise and plan. Next Gen ministry isn’t something that happens off to the side but a core part of our church. We know we are biased, but we don’t think there is a better place someone could be involved in youth ministry. From the facilities we have at Silverstream Retreat, we even have our own go-kart track, to the annual camps we run, and the connections we have already established with local schools, the opportunity is right there for someone who wants to lead a world class youth ministry.
A new state of the art youth facility is also currently being built and will be ready at the end of this year - full of possibility and ready for a new Youth Pastor to take things to the next level.

Why the Vacancy?
Our current Youth Pastor of seven years, Jono Chaplow, is stepping out of the role to pursue an opportunity in the public sector.
